The content and software of this portal are protected by Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993, Law 1915 of 2018 and other copyright rules.
The entity’s content
The texts, photographs, documents, logos and institutional symbols published on the portal belong to the entity or to their authors and are used with their authorization.
You may reproduce public information texts and documents for non-commercial purposes, provided you cite the source and the date of consultation and do not alter their content. Logos, the coat of arms and photographs may not be used without the entity’s written authorization.
Portal software
The software of this portal (source code, templates, interface design and virtual assistant) is the work of Fernando José Vargas Bolívar, who retains the copyright and authorizes the entity to use it to operate the portal. Its reproduction, modification or distribution by third parties requires the author’s prior written authorization.
The portal uses third-party free software components that keep their own licenses.
Public information and open data
Open data sets published by the entity may be used under the license indicated for each one.
