Scope of the portal
The portal provides information about the entity, its services and its management, publishes the public information required by Law 1712 of 2014 and allows you to file petitions, complaints, claims, suggestions, reports and information requests.
The portal is not an emergency channel. To report an emergency, call +57 301 757 5080.
Rights of portal users
- Consult public information free of charge and without registering.
- File requests and receive a filing number and an answer within the terms of Law 1755 of 2015.
- Know, update and correct your personal data (Law 1581 of 2012).
- Use the portal’s accessibility aids.
Duties of portal users
- Provide truthful information in requests.
- Not use the portal for unlawful purposes or send offensive or malicious content, or content that affects its operation.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas or breach the site’s security (Law 1273 of 2009).
- Respect the copyright of the portal and its content.
Responsibility of the entity
The entity strives to keep information correct, complete and up to date, and corrects any errors reported to it. The portal may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond the entity’s control.
Links to third-party sites are provided for support; the entity is not responsible for their content.

The use of the portal’s content and software is governed by the copyright policy.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy and data processing policy.
